Special Precautions
Avoid contact w/ eyes & mouth. Rinse hands after application. Possible antibiotic-associated diarrhea or colitis; discontinue use if significant or prolonged diarrhea occurs & provide appropriate diagnostic procedures & treatment as necessary; antiperistaltic agents (eg, opiates & diphenoxylate) w/ atropine may prolong &/or worsen the condition. Pregnancy & lactation. Elderly ≥65 yr.
